When we create a sub-account for a client, the client's contact lists, lead data, campaign assets, and communication records are stored within that sub-account. Good Waters LLC accesses this data solely to build, maintain, and optimize the automations and campaigns we manage on the client's behalf.
Clients retain full ownership of all data within their sub-account, including contact information, campaign analytics, and communications collected through their account. Upon termination of services, clients may request export or transfer of their sub-account data in accordance with HighLevel's platform capabilities.
Any SMS opt-in data or consent records collected through HighLevel-powered forms or campaigns are subject to the same data protection commitments outlined in Section 5 of this policy. SMS originator opt-in data is shared only with the aggregators and providers necessary to deliver the messages, and is never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
