Good Waters LLC provides video marketing services and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) ad campaign management primarily for home service companies, including but not limited to plumbers, roofers, HVAC technicians, landscapers, and other residential service providers. All services are subject to a separate service agreement signed between Good Waters LLC and the client.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally authorized to enter into agreements on behalf of your business to use our services.
Strategy calls are offered free of charge and are not a binding commitment to engage our services. All paid work begins only after a formal service agreement is executed by both parties.
By submitting a form on our website and checking the SMS opt-in box, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages, phone calls, and emails from Good Waters LLC related to scheduling, service inquiries, appointment reminders, and offers.
Good Waters LLC SMS Program.
By opting in, you may receive SMS messages from Good Waters LLC related to scheduling, appointment reminders, strategy call confirmations, service inquiries, follow-up communications, account updates, and occasional promotional offers regarding our video marketing and Meta ad management services. Message frequency varies depending on your interaction with our services.
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode (number provided). Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, or text "START" to resume receiving messages.
If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword "HELP" for more assistance or email contact@goodwaters.agency.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and from you to us. Message frequency varies. For questions about your text plan or data plan, contact your wireless provider.
By opting into our SMS program, you authorize us to send recurring text messages to the mobile phone number you provide. Depending on your service selection, you may receive regular recurring messages. You are not required to agree to receive recurring messages as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Text Messaging originator opt-in data and consent information will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message service necessary to deliver the SMS service. Your mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

For client work, ownership of deliverables (videos, ad creative, etc.) transfers to the client upon full payment as specified in the individual service agreement.
Payment terms, pricing, refunds, and project timelines are governed by the individual service agreement signed with each client. Unless otherwise specified in writing, invoices are due upon receipt and late payments may incur a fee.
While we are committed to delivering strong results for our clients, Good Waters LLC does not guarantee specific outcomes from our services. Marketing performance depends on many factors outside our control, including market conditions, client responsiveness, budget size, competitive landscape, and platform algorithm changes. Any case studies, testimonials, or statistics displayed on our website reflect past results and are not a guarantee of future performance.
Our services often involve third-party platforms such as Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google, and other ad networks. We are not responsible for changes to these platforms' policies, terms, fees, or performance. Clients are responsible for maintaining their own ad accounts and platform access.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Good Waters LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the use of our website or services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Good Waters LLC, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our website or services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
Either party may terminate a service agreement according to the terms outlined in that agreement. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Volusia County, Florida.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website or services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
